Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
At Examhub, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Nature of Products: All courses, test series, and evaluation packages offered by Examhub are digital assets. Once a purchase is made, the access is granted immediately, and proprietary content is unlocked.
Irrevocable Access: Due to the nature of digital content, it is impossible to "return" the product once access has been granted or files have been downloaded. Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Mandatory Demo Requirement
To ensure that our course fits your needs, we have made Demo Classes and Demo Exams available for free on our platform.
We strongly advise and request all students to attempt these free demos before purchasing any paid package.
By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the demo content and are satisfied with the quality, interface, and teaching methodology.

3. Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in the unlikely event of a technical failure where a double payment has been made for the same course. In such cases, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed within 7-10 working days upon providing proof of transaction.

4. Cancellation Since our packages are often valid "Until You Clear," there is no cancellation policy for ongoing subscriptions. You may stop using the services at any time, but no monetary refund will be issued for the remaining duration or unused tests.
