1. Introduction Welcome to Examhub (https://examhub.in). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. The "Until You Clear" Promise Examhub offers a unique "Until You Clear" validity on specific packages. 
Definition: Access to the course materials and exams is granted until the student clears the specific competitive exam for which they enrolled.
Active Participation: To maintain this validity, the student may be required to show proof of exam attempts (e.g., Hall Ticket/Admit Card) for the respective academic years.
Non-Transferable: This benefit is strictly personal to the registered student and cannot be transferred to another individual.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. If our system detects multiple logins from different locations or devices indicating account sharing, Examhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without refund.

4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All exams, questions, model answers, videos, and study materials provided on Examhub are the intellectual property of Examhub. You may not copy, distribute, or sell any materials.
Your Content: By uploading answer sheets for evaluation, you grant Examhub a license to use these materials for grading, feedback, and anonymously for educational quality improvement (e.g., "Hall of Mistakes").

5. Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during mentorship calls and interactions with evaluators. Abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability
Examhub acts as a preparation and mentorship platform. We do not guarantee specific exam results. Your success depends on your personal effort and study habits. We are not liable for any technical issues, exam cancellations by governing bodies, or personal failures.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
